Circus Jams
Recreational Circus Jams open to everyone, of any skill level!
Bring some toys and come play. If you don't have any toys just bring yourself. We always have extra and there are many amazing people willing to teach you some fun new skills.
**Indoor Circus Jams at PACE, Lower Gymnasium! Every Thursday from 8pm - 9:30pm.
First 45 minutes are chatty jams, with final 45 minutes being silent to promote
communication through movement.
$5 per jam, maximum $50 per school term.
Freedom of movement, self expression, and creativity are all unleashed as we work with props and others in the circus arts. Tools like hula-hoops, poi, staves, and juggling balls (amongst many others) come together with the body to create something unique.
Bring any toys with which you would like to perform practice or teach, or just bring yourself.
The Jam is an opportunity to bring circus toys and body together in a shared space. Learning, teaching, inspiration, and personal practice are given space to harmonize.
